- Choose an organization, select the service, write your letter and attach supporting files, pay the standard fee via Telebirr, and submit. You will receive a reference number to track progress.
- Each letter has a flat fee: 25 ETB for Send Only, or 45 ETB for Send + Track, which adds real-time tracking and SMS updates. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges.
- At checkout, choose Telebirr and confirm the payment on your phone. Once it is approved, your letter is submitted and you receive a reference number right away.
- With the Send + Track plan, enter your reference number to follow each stage: submitted, received by the registry, under review, and resolved. You also get an SMS at every step.
- Most digital correspondence is delivered to the recipient ministry's registry instantly. Processing and review times depend on the specific SLA of the selected authority.
- Letters are submitted under your verified identity and recorded with a reference number. Whether a letter has formal legal standing depends on the receiving office's rules, so check with them for legal matters.
